Refund Policy
Office144 offers one-time plan purchases that add credits to your account. Credits can be used for optional AI tools such as drafting, cover generation, wraparound covers, and print-quality upscaling. Manual editing, previewing, uploading your own files, and eligible exports are included according to your plan.
One-time purchases
Current plans are one-time purchases that add credits to your account. They are not recurring monthly subscriptions at this time.
Refund requests
If you believe a purchase was made by mistake or a paid feature did not work as expected, contact support@office144.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review the request and respond with a fair resolution.
Used credits
Credits already used for successful AI generation, cover generation, or upscaling may not be refundable because the service has already been delivered.
Failed AI actions
If an AI action fails, credits should not be deducted. If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, contact support and we will review the transaction.
Exports and downloads
Once a generated or exported digital file has been successfully delivered, refunds may be limited unless there was a technical issue caused by Office144.
